in 2009, I was lucky enough to have been given some sourdough starter by our good friend (and serious food lover) Andrés, who made it from scratch!
since then, I have been making bread regularly, following the Moro Sourdough recipe
for this loaf, I replaced 1/5 of the bread flour with gram flour (chick-pea flour) and 1/5 with wholemeal flour, plus added a tbsp of honey – it’s not a looker, but it was delicious…
